We understand how modern estate agency works, and by removing ourselves from the high street we have been able to work longer, and more efficiently, than our competition. Such efficiencies allow us the time to follow up every buyer for every viewing and to get feedback to our clients within 24 weekday hours.

Every henleys negotiator visits every property before it goes on the market and we work without aid from part time, secretarial, or temporary staff. This means that (for 60 hours a week) the negotiator answering a buyer's enquiry will be totally familiar with the house concerned. We are able to accompany viewings (again, without using viewings staff) seven days a week.

Better presentation

We know that first class presentation online, in the press and on sales details is essential to ensure the highest price has been achieved for a property. Whilst some of our competitors offer professional presentation as a costly upfront upgrade to selected clients, we are the only estate agent in our marketplace to offer this to every client, and always at our expense - not yours. This includes:

- Professionally outsourced brochures

Where appropriate, we can produce stunning elevated photographs that show the grounds as well as the property.

Our contact magazine is produced quarterly and is posted directly to around 7000 local houses and businesses. Unlike most estate agency magazines, this includes the details of every property we have for sale.

Steady growth
