Who we are and what we do?
We are an independent estate agent specialising in commutable property in the north Essex and south Suffolk area.
The company launched in 2006 and since then we have established ourselves as one of the area's largest sales agencies, having sold hundreds of houses with prices ranging from £200,000 to over £2,000,000.
We lead the market with our understanding of how to utilise modern technology for the benefit of our clients and since 2009 our services have been available without any lengthy contract tie in- a first in the area and proof that our service and marketing are a cut above the competition.
Our figures indicate that our clients agree, with around 92% of those who instructed us to market their homes in 2011, staying with us rather than experimenting with other estate agents. What’s more well over half of our business now stems directly from recommendations from previous clients.

henleysproperty.com is a specially designed website where buyers can create a myhenleys account and register for new instructions to be e-mailed to them the moment they go live. Our website is also mobile phone/iphone compatible and includes floorplans, advanced filtering options, Google street view, satellite mapping, a commuter help guide and even a route planner for viewings.
Harder work
We understand how modern estate agency works, and by removing ourselves from the high street we have been able to work longer and more efficiently than our competition. These efficiencies allow us the time to follow up every buyer for every viewing and to get feedback to our clients within 24 weekday hours.Every henleys negotiator visits every property before it goes on the market and we work without aid from part time, secretarial, or temporary staff. This means that (for 60 hours a week) the negotiator answering a buyer's enquiry will be totally familiar with the house concerned. We are able to accompany viewings (again, without using viewings staff) seven days a week.
